Advocare 24-Day Challenge: Day 3

On to day 3!

  • 6:20 am – 16 oz + Spark plus morning supplement
  • 7:00 am – 16 oz + fiber
  • 7:15 am – breakfast – one piece of toast with two soft boiled eggs and a banana
  • 8:00 am – 16 oz
  • 10:00 am – snack – banana + Cashew butter + 16 oz
  • 11:00 am – 16 oz
  • 13407257_10154243760129648_3865343705955528424_n12:15 pm – Lunch! Green chile chicken salad with tomato, half an avocado, and a green onion. Salsa as dressing
  • 2:30 pm – 16 oz + Spark
  • 3:00 pm – snack – bowl of strawberries
  • 5:00 pm – 32 oz water
  • 7:15 pm – dinner – Paleo Chick-fil-A and sweet potato fries
  • 7:45 pm – take fish oil
  • 8:15 pm – 32 oz water
  • 10:00 pm – nightly supplement
  • 10:30 pm – bed

The nice thing today… no headache! And the energy crash in the afternoon was taken care of mostly by the Spark drink.
