Advocare 24-Day Challenge: Day 2

On to day 2!

More issues with caffeine (or coffee) withdrawal symptoms. Had serious headache during latter half of crossfit workout.

Have to make sure I take Spark this afternoon to try and combat the late afternoon crash.

  • advocare-24-day-challenge-logo7 am – 16 oz water + Spark + morning supplement
  • 7:30 am – 16 oz water + fiber + breakfast (2 eggs, 1/2 Aidells’s chicken & apple sausage, some potato, a bit of green onion, and two button mushrooms, plus ketchup)
  • 9 am – Catalyst
  • 9:30am – workout
  • 10:30am – 12 oz of water with Progenex recovery
  • 11:00 am – Progenex protein bar (snack) plus 16 oz of water
  • 11:00 am – started dinner in crock pot (Green Chile chicken = frozen chicken tenderloins + one jar of 505 Green Chile + one jar of water – cook on high in crock pot for 6 hours)
  • 12:30 pm – lunch – leftover paleo pizza plus 16 oz of water
  • 2:30 pm – Spark!
  • 3:00 pm – banana for snack
  • 5:30 pm – couple of pieces of paleo pizza
  • 8:00 pm – fish oils with another piece of pizza
  • 10:30 pm – bedtime with night time supplements

Keep on chugging…
